WHEN IT COMES TO TRAINING
We blend positive reinforcement, service dog training methods, and proven military canine standards to create effective, enjoyable learning experiences for both you and your dog.
Training gives your dog purpose, helping them live a more fulfilled and balanced life. Every dog was bred to do a job—our mission is to help you make that job a positive and rewarding one.
Animal behavior is not static and will alter if not properly maintained.
Payment is due before any services start.
Unfortunately, we are not able to adopt dogs, so if you fail to pick up your dog without notification you will be charged an additional 75.00 dollars per day. If you don’t contact us or pick up your dog after 1 week we will be forced to surrender your pet.
If your dog becomes sick/injured due to circumstances beyond our control you will be asked to cover any & all expenses before services can resume. If your pet hurts itself from direct trainer negligence during your session, we will cover expenses up to the original amount of your service payment.
If your dog arrives with fleas or ticks, we have to charge you $150.00 for treatment of your dog, Home sanitation, and bathing. (This has also happened before)
We comply with all California animal laws. (Failure to give aid to an injured animal constitutes animal cruelty and it is a violation of Penal Code 597 (B) a Felony.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
There are no refunds once Services have started.
There have been extremely rare occasions when a dog has escaped. Should this happen for any reason we will do everything within our power to help recover them. However, We do not return funds for missed days/nights during recovery efforts or refund in the event that you the owner decide to pick up/withdraw early.
